These two activities can be a deadly combination. That's why when I'm on the road I never answer my phone. I let it go to voicemail, hey isn't that what it's for??? The only time i'd ever call someone in the car is if i were to have car trouble and needed help.

i think people with cell phones and drive should get tickets. you know they are not focusing on driving, they are engulfed in conversation.

I think that if you cant drive well you shouldn't be on a cell phone. If you CAN you should have that freedom! Let each person make their own call on the choice! Just because YOU can't handle it doesn't mean that others can't either. It's an error to look at things from an egocentric perspective! For example, I'm good at reading maps and directions. Others can't do that well.... people are different! I'm not as good at painting the wall cuz I don't have the patience to be careful with that task... should all people be told they can't paint well cuz I cant? NOPE!
If someone is driving erratically cuz of the cell they should get a ticket.
